Base mapping M800 for Lancia/Cosworth

Hi all,

Just bought a used M800 and connected it to my standard loom (Lancia Delta Evoluzione). Using the sample map and editing the sync/ref I was able tot start the car. Got as far as some tuning at ilde with good AFR values.

Next step would be to drive the car on the road. As far as I can see the sample map is not suited for a turbo car, so I was wondering if anyone would be willing to send me a base map for my lancia (a cosworth map should also be ok). Don't need anything fancy or highly tuned but it would be nice if more tables and features were configured.

Thanks!

Yes I did, but nothing usable there

Assume there is someone driving the M800 on a Delta or Cosworth...

Hi,

I got the Lancia running on a basemap with some info found on the internet. Running very nice with correct lambda and smooth acceleration. These are the remaining problems:
- cutout at 1+ bar
- syncerrros in diagnostic screen

I guess I need to look into the trigger levels and filter settings. Any hints for better syncing and solving the cutout?

My basemap is attached!

Upgrade to V35, and then you can do a scope trace to get a better picture of the triggers

Have you any datalogging of when the problem occurs ? COuld it be as simple as spark blowout ?

ie better coil, spark plug, plug gap etc ? Fueling etc all sound ?

Seen that. But my unit still needs to get the password reset. Only after downgrading I could work with it.

Yes, good hint! I already changed the dwelltime (from 3 to 5) as it seems my std coil needs some more time.

btw. this car runs great with up to 1.8 bar boost on the old EFI-technology ECU.
