What is the nature of the signal of the Fuel Used output function 109?

For instance, current PW * # of cylinders * injector calibration, or ? Is it of a fixed frequency, or vary with RPM?

Clarification- when Fuel Used cal is set to '0'. Is it a straight PW or?
