Hello all,

I have a customer who has dropped their Motec M600 DBW off for mapping. The ECU was orginally supplied 6 years ago. The company that did it thought that it wasn't password protected but sadly it is, and its been lost,

When i connected to the laptop, if offered me a flash upgrade. If i upgrade the firmware, will it clear the old tune and allow me to start from scratch?

If it's an old 2.2 it should be fine, if it's 3.4 or earlier that should also work, if it's 3.5 onwards then it's a back to motec job.

Back to Motec it went, engine now running
