Upgrade M800 running software emp 1.43?

Hi !
I want to upgrade to more modern software in the M800, I am running the ecu in DOS EMP 1.43 in a Oddfire v6 and I have been told maybe later versions can control each bank of wideband lambdas, I am also planning a injector size increase from 320ccm to 420ccm and I am worried if all the rolling road calibration work can be lost in the process. Is there any calibration change program or is this done automaticly? Is it any software version I should use? Thanks a lot.
