S2000 Ref/Sync

I have created a plug and play wiring harness and basemap for the MX00 series ecu's that I would like to sell. Currently the only thing holding me back from putting it on the market is the trigger pattern. On my race car i have simply changed the cam trigger to a single tooth rather than the original 3 tooth wheel. This is not as simple of an option for the general public as most of them would not want to pull their cams to grind off the teeth or lose the ability to use the factory ecu when needed.

The ref is 12 teeth/rev and the sync is 4 -1 (4 evenly spaced teeth 1 missing tooth). The car has 2 cam sensors but only one is used and there is no variable valve timing (other than standard VTEC).

Is there any possibility of this OEM mode being release in the near future?

Thanks,

Ben

We have had quite a few requests for this. I will put in a request for a ref/sync mode for this engine to be included in futyre software versions.

I came to this forum to find out if there was a MoTeC solution for the S2000, so I was very happy to discover this thread. I just wanted to say that I am a potential customer of Ben's and am waiting for the software change before ordering the system.

This mode will be included in the next release of ECU Manager.
