DBW throttle calibration

Hello

I've a question about how to calibrate my DBW throttle setup - Sensor Setup - Throttle Position Hi/Low

I guess the driver - pedal has to be calibrated in the min. and max. position - but what about the throttle?
I've the following positions.

1- fully closed
2- a few degrees open (where it stays with no power on)
3- 90° - maximum flow
4- ~100° - end stop (closing again to the other side)

which one is the correct open position? 90° or end stop? - I currently use the end stop position and only use max ~ 90% in the position translation

do I need position 2 or shall I adjust it to fully closed?
the engine is from a civic type r - k20z4

thanks!

You should make the Hi for 90 degrees....NEVER make it against the mechanical open stop. The low can be against the closed stop though.

You have to be a little careful because some throttle bodies have the mechanical open stop at 90 degrees, in this case you would set the maximum at about 85 degrees. This would sort of indicate that the throttle body is never opened to 90 degrees in factory use....but this is quite unusual.
