wiring 8v engine or sensor

Postby sphilips on Tue Mar 06, 2012 8:12 am

I have used the engine 8v output and the sensor 0v too hook up the wheelspeedsensors. I know there is a 8 volt sensor output. But will this give any errors or bad reading?

I don't use the engine 8v output for anything else.

Nope. They both do the same thing (supply the specified voltage) and won't effect your readings at all. As far as I am aware, anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, the multiple 8v and 5v supplies are just there to allow simpler/more reliable wiring looms,
