Just wondered at what point should a LSU sensor be considered inaccurate.
E.G. a new sensor has a cal of 1020, after 6 races the updated cal was 1045,
would this sensor still be OK or is there a fixed cal value or percentage difference
25 or 2.5% in this case, from the original new cal that a sensor reaches
which requires it to be changed,

The sensor will read accurately until the day it fails. Basically when it is dead you will know it, either there will be no reading at all (normal) or in certain circumstances it will read a completely unbelievable reading (rare).

A cal difference of 25 is very small.

Another issue is that the sensor response time will increase as it ages but you can check this and compensate for it.
