REF/SYNC errors, M800, Subaru STI

Hello again, MoTeC guru.
Please, help me again.
Now with REF/SYNC errors.
I'm very afraid of tuning them without your advice.

For now, after 3-5min run I've got these errors:
Sync Lo Level
Ref Noise Ar
Ref Runt

As I understood from manuals, for "Sync Lo Level" error I must calibrate "Ref Trigger Voltage". Is it ?
For "Ref Noise Ar" it's problems with REF filter table. Yeap ? ))
And what to do with Ref Runt ?

Please, give me direction to calibrate these values.

Oh, forgot about main problem.
Thats errors appears on running engine, after cranking.
After them, engine on 1000rpm goes in "diesel mode " =)
Some low-freq vibration appears.
When there is no errors, no vibrations on idle detected.

By the way, I'm wasted two days for correcting problems.
REF/SYNC problem solution was:
- decrease voltage in specific RPM
- correct filtration on the same RPM (my tuner set 124 (max) for 1000rpm, I decreased it to 82)

So, there is no more problems with ref/sync. Sometimes "runt" appears, but, as I understood from forum, that does not matter any big problems.

With "diesel mode" I corrected Fuel trim in MAP compensation. For idle pressure (30kPa) I set -45 trim agains -60 (my tuners specification).
