Faulty lambda sensor?

I'm getting ohm readings of 80 and 200 for my Bosch LSU 4.0 lambda sensors bank 1 and 2. One bank of cylinders runs 130 degrees farenheit cooler than the other bank (130s vs 245s) on ceramic coated headers about 5" out. I'm thinking I have a bad sensor. The reading should be about 80 ohms at 750 degrees F per Bosch data sheet. Can anyone shed any light on this as a cause. I have sluggish pickup in my Toyota 5VZ engine. Thanks!
