Subaru VDC and M800 ECU how to configure?

I am installing M800 gold box in my 09 WRX.
I am going to piggy back it but run in to a few unknown problems..

How does the stock system reduce torque during vehicle dynamic control activation?
Please advice on how to make things work together.
Is it possible to get a startup file somewhere?
