Wet the intake Before cranking. Possible?

Before cranking, two or three throttle openings sprays fuel in the runners and the bike starts at first ignition.
Is there a function which implements this feature ? I searched but didn't find anything. First injection is done only during cranking, and only once.

I was sure stopped injection was for something else.
