I was trying to setup down shift throttle blip but its is not working because orb fuel cut become active.

What are the reason for ORB fuel active when i have ORB disable and it was set to ign cut?
i have look check map over and over again can't find why.

I have all over run fuel disable already.
i have included a log file and map for reference if someone could have a look at it.

Anyways, i have found the problem.

It is the ORB Idle RPM,
I have no idea it will active ORB fuel cut when ORB Switch has been disable and Ign Cut were selected.
