MAP setup, I am lost.

I am running a V60, 2 cyl motor with ITB. I run it with TPS for effcy. I have a MAP sensor connected on both cylinders using a T and small tubes. Is this correct if efficiency method is based on TPS?
I read in various posts the MAP compensation table should "double pressure double fuel", with MAP sensor connected to manifold.
But in the software, in main setup, the help screen say "Connect the MAP sensor and vent to atmospheric pressure".

What is correct? How should I connect my map sensors and what should I fill in the MAP correction table?

Generally with a ntaturally aspirated engine that does not use idle control the MAP sensor is open to atmosphere as a barometric compensation only.
