M880 Set-up For Aprilia RSV4

I am trying to set up a Motec M880 with a DBW-4on an RSV4. The RSV4 does not use a cam sensor for synching and utilizes a DBW system. Does anyone have a lead for a baisc start configuration or other helpful information.

The RSV4 uses the MAP sensor to sync. Can I use the setting #65 Sync setting in the ECU software? I realize that this mode, only sync's on start-up and that the engine has to be restarted if sync is lost. Is there any development in the works that would allow continuous sync?
Any recommendations for getting the right set-up values for the DBW throttle bodies?
