Don't see any noise in TPS signal, looks good, turn filter back down to 1.

PW is jumping around a LOT, isn't helping. Smooth out fuel table adjacent cells in the idle area. Very small changes can make a big difference in La in low load areas.

Its that old conundrum, can't tune it till the idle is stable, can't get idle stable until its tuned.

Might want to set up fuel breakpoints of 0, 500, 1000, 1500 and use a very smooth transition in values between RPM and Eff breakpoints, get it reasonably stable, then add breakpoints if necessary. Fuel PW jumping around .3-.4 mS is not normal, you're getting some cylinders overrich and some too lean but the avg La is OK.

Might just be a situation where the rotating mass is so light you get some RPM fluctuation 'hunting' at idle/low speeds, make very small or no changes to adjacent RPM breakpoints in the fuel table at very low loads.
