Ref/sync problem for vW 1.8T 20V.

I m using Motec M400 fit in my VW 1.8T 20V. the car was working as well but now I have seen that the wires to crank shaft and cam shaft was cut after few months that I don't drive the car. I forgot totally the wiring diagram for this because it was long time back that I have done it with support from Motec website. can somebody help me for the wiring diagram and tell me what kind of picture do I have to see for the capture signal?
