Drive by Wire not Active

I have just installed a 2008 engine and dbw throttle bodies into a 2006 R1 with a M800 on board and built a new loom for it (took about 4 weeks)

I just tried to upload a Map for the new throttle bodies but it says that Drive by Wire isn't active on the ECU.

I thought dbw was a standard module included on the M800, apparently not - Can someone advise if getting this activated will cost anything or if I just need to install a standard upgrade?

if it will cost - how much am I looking at?

It's an Enable, depending on your location price may vary, mine from memory was under $400 AUD.
