M800 multiple configurations

Postby Chris Wilson on Tue May 11, 2010 6:24 am

I am new to this stuff, so please be kind ! I have two maps loaded in my M800, switchable by grounding AT5, all working well. What I don't understand is how you would switch all four possible maps, and the best type of switch to use so that is easy to see which map is running.

Similarly, I would like to use adjustable boost, am I tied into the (rather expensive, but very nicely presented :) ) pot from Motec themselves, or could I use something less expensive?

Thanks.

I made my own using a cheap multi position rotary switch and wired in some resistors in series, works perfectly.
