Max CPU Usage

Is the a maximum CPU usage that I should be concerned with? I will be crossing the 90% mark soon.

If you get too high you will see some erratic logging. The functions of the ECU have different priority with the highest priority given to functions that actually run the engine. Logging has a low priority so will be the first thing to be switched off when CPU usage is high. 90% should be ok but you may get peaks in CPU usage higher than that.
