Download problems

Hi guys.Trying to download last weekends runs and on the i2 page just keep getting " Unloading device data " box coming up and nothing else. Any ideas anyone? Plus I cleared the ECU like advised on the webinar so cant download it again. Have I lost that info?

Hi,

Did you download the data using i2 or the EMP?

It may be that the data was downloaded the first time, and subsequent attempts are failing as there is no data in the CECU to retrieve. Use the Open Log File function and see if the data is in the logging directory.

Stephen, when I open log file all the old logs are there but not the new ones. If I go to Get logged data it says its already been downloaded. When on i2 there is a green box with 2 circling arrows in it in the top right corner and unloading device data churns away in the middle. Then i2 throws out and ECU manager screen reappears.
