Motec M800 Sync signal with MAP sensor

Hi, I have a problem with the configuration on ECU Motec M800 for the Yamaha MT-07 engine.
This engine is unprovided of Sync Sensor on the Camshaft and the OEM ECU syncs the crankshaft sensor to the camshaft sensor through the MAP sensor. In particular the OEM ECU reads the Manifold pressure sensor and recognises the first cylinder.
I found the Ref/Sync Mode 65 for the Kawasaki engine. This mode works also for a Yamaha engine?
The main difference form Kawasaki engine is the phase displacement of two cylinder that is 180°, while in my case is 270°.
Furthermore the OEM ECU reads the Manifold pressure sensor of the main airbox and not of a single Manifold of inlet (first cylinder).

I await clarification for the correct configuration of the ECU.
