Are you getting REF/Sync errors?
Are you using the correct REF/Sync mode for the trigger system you have on the engine?

The mode I have to set up it is for 2 stroke as this engine haven't got cam sensor. The suggestion was made by Motec Europe. The funny thing is the engine is attached to the dyno engine, and I can see that the engine itself isn't hunting, that means I can see there is no fluctuation in the engine, it is in the software, however I don't know where to look after to try reduce this fluctuations. On top of that, I already run a power curve with the engine, and works well, it has to be something that I can adjust in the software, dont you agree?

I would reset the maximum RPM display and then run the engine again and see if the rpm you ran it to matches the max rpm captured by the ECU.

IF the max rpm captured by the ECU is a crazy number then you have noise issues getting into the REF sensor.

This could be caused by unshielded REF wiring or noise generated by the ignition system
