TP Position

Postby larsendk on Mon Mar 14, 2022 7:34 pm

Hi.

Why is TP calibration calibrated against input % and not AV volt ?
My problem is, that i can't adjust the TP sensor enough (Mechanical), so my TP open is 102%.
And when TP open is set, then TP shows 5% when fully open.
Anywhere i can read the actual volt on the AV input ?

Or am i missing something

In the menu Adjust > Sensor setup > Input setup do you happen to have the default set to 5 and the diagnostic high set at 100? If the throttle position exceeds the diagnostic high it will go in to error and revert to the default value.

This above assumes there's nothing strange going on like running of the end of the sensor range, or transiting through a zero point, stuff like that.

Hi Brian,

To see the voltage on the input pins, go to View | Raw Input Values... in the menu bar.
