VAG 06C905115M Coil

Hi I am looking to use a VAG VAG 06C905115M coil from Audi R8 & looking to see if there is a dwell map for these coils. The cross reference coils are Bosch 0986221053 or Beru ZSE 032.

They are a 4 pin COP with built in Igniter.
Pinout I believe is,
Pin1: +12V
Pin2: Ecu Ground
Pin3: Ecu Falling Edge
Pin4: Engine Ground

I do not have a match for any of those part numbers in the coils that MoTeC has calibrated. Which engine is this?

I am converting a Honda D12 engine to run M400.
The coils came with a bunch of parts.
Originally coils were off a 2010 Audi R8, they also fit a bunch of other VW Audi vehicles.
Were also fitted to Audi A4, A6, Q5 FSI motors from 2005 to 2008.
It also appears to cross match to Bosch 0 221 604 800.
