M800 dual RPM limit not working repeatably

Hello everybody, has anyone had the dual rpm limit only working sometimes when the input is triggered? The ecu is correctly reporting via the status group that the input is active, yet the limiter only works about half the time. Any thoughts on what to check?

For those who may be interested, after discussions with Mark McCoy it turns out that our ecu is doing what we were asking it to do, but didn't know we were asking. There is a hierarchy of RPM limits, and in certain situations we were entering launch mode which meant the launch RPM limit was active..... Because this was active it took precedence over the selected lower limit.... So basically we (read I ) hadn't thought through every scenario
