I'm converting my motor to run a 32-1 crank trigger wheel and a tdc reference from the inlet camshaft.
Is there a preferred or 'wrong' crank angle for the tdc reference to fire?

It's best not to have it near the missing tooth. I usually try to avoid having the edges line up as well.
Are you sure you have a 32-1 trigger -- 36-1 is more common.

Thanks for the info.
You are right I have a 36-1 trigger, brain fade on my part.
Sounds like it shouldn't be too much drama to set up, can the M800 accommodate any position for the TDC reference
