Lambda Was Formula

Anybody know what the formula is behind the Lambda Was function?

I don't know anything for sure, but have assumed logged lambda at target site divided by target lambda at target site (from the lambda table) gives a multiplier for that site. Lambda table needs to be populated.

I'm sure that it could be possibly maybe more complex than that...... Could be a scaling factor in there as well to reduce the chances of overshooting.
