M400 with SKM

Hi, I'm using my SKM on a M800 without any problems with INJ8 and LA2S connections. I now have a M400 and expect to be able to use the same settings but the software is denying these. The manual states I can use INJ8 and LA2S also on M400. Why is the ECU software claiming I cannot use these on the M400? What am I missing here?

Inj8 and La2 don't exist on M400 according to the pinout in the ECU manager help file? I see what you mean in the SKM datasheet, doesn't make sense, neither M400 or 600 have inj8. We run our knock window to a spare ignition output.

Thanks Sean for responding! It's strange indeed. On Motec replies elsewhere on this forum it's also confirmed INJ8/LA2s are enabled on M400/600 for SKM usage, but specifically with firmware 3.51. I assume higher versions should support this also.

What input are you using? I first used AV8 which worked just fine.

Anyone from Motec able to respond and help me out here?!
