hello need little advise from the community
need to manage an 1998 V8 IRL ( indy car) AURORA engine 4l 700cv 10500tr
this engine will be installed on a single seat F3000 LOLA ( only for leisure no championship- i m too old )
i m skilled in mechanics but a cow in electronics , is the M800 adapted for that ?
with little time is it possible for me success running this perfo engine both creating intalling wiring loom and programming the ECU without any basis ( seem i m alone to own this engine in europe )
would be exist a database of motec programming allowed me to find such soft for this kind of engine ?

Salut Jacques,
J'ai déjà fait quelques installation de Motec M4, M8 et M800. Je peux te donner un coup de main.
Le M800 est parfaitement adapté. Selon ce que tu veux, traction control, data logging, double lambda, il te faudra peut-être acheter des options. Est-ce que tu as déjà un M800 ? Si non, j'ai un M880 (connecteur rond) avec un ignition expander, qui irait parfaitement.

ca fait plaisir que qq1 reponde enfin - je commencais a desesperer
je n'ai pas encore de M800 ( j'ai failli en hter un mais ds le doute jai temperé ) j'aissaye de trouver des contact ( voir un ecu et loom aux US (par des anciens teams l'ayant utilisé ) mais sans resultats pr le moment ce moteur est fabuleux mais pas simple pour le fr tourner ( de plus il utilise du methanol ) j'habite a cote de lille , je propose de poursuivre par le mail perso de ttes facons vu le peu d'indy aurora c'a n'interessea pas le forum vlieghe.jacques@free.fr - de plus je pense que sur cette terre qu'il n'y a qu'un cinglé comme moi pr mettre ce berlingot dans un chassis de LOLA
