M400 Hardaware For Inputs & Outputs

I’m working with Mitsubishi car with 4G-92 Mivec engine with M400 ecu.
I would like to add some wires for other inputs & outputs, because only some wires that attached to the ecu’s connector.
Does M400 hardware already support all inputs & outputs as shown at the M400 Wiring Diagram ?
I really appreciate for the help.
