Starting the car...

Hey everyone,
I have an M48 and am at the point where I want to start my car. I am going to be finished my wiring and installing all of my gear soon, in the car I have
* Garrett GT47
* 272 Jun Cams
* 1600CC Injectors
* 2JZ GTE Engine
* m48 (obviously)
* CP pistons
* Denso coils
* Weldon fuel pump
* Wideband lambda
... in a Toyota Supra.
I've already got a starting file but I get the problem with switching the car on. I took the Motec course in Melbourne but still am a bit worried to get the car started as it's my first start up using the Motec ECU, I don't want to blow my engine or anything but would like to do it myself.
Does anyone have any info on things I should do for start up? I'd be happy to stay on the safe side, I don't need it to fang off down the street after the initial calibration, I just want to start it up moderately so it will run and then tune later.
Thanks for any help, I really appreciate it.
