M4 and Rev limiter

Postby AndersH on Fri Aug 02, 2024 7:29 pm

I have a challenge. Run a Volvo 240 Rallycar with M4, and when it is cold(about 5-10 degC) and hot(about 35-40degC) the rev limiter stops at 6000rpm. else it is 7800rpm.
Is there any option in the setup that these borders can be made?

Thanks
Anders

Overboost? Mis-configured Gear Change Ignition Cut? Issue with the Ref Sensor?

I don't see anything in vers 6.2 EMP.

As David said, there is not a variable Engine Speed Limit in the M4 family of ECU's.
