Hi... I purchased today a Black case M4 ecu without really thinking about models.

it is apparently is
version 4.5
fuel and ignition
sequ & 3D
Advance tune

How does this vary from the gold case, if at all?

Is there any instructions out there for this specific ecu?

The ref/sync circuitry is slightly different therefore some REF/sync modes are different.
No lambda & no logging on the black ones

Thanks for the response, I think it will still do the job.
It is for an early 1988 fuel injected bimota YB6 (runs a Yamaha FZR1000 engine).
I can use a Dyno jet wide band commander during the tuning phase.
