M4 basemap issues

I am trying to get a map going to be able to start the car and make sure nothing is leaking before I take it to the Dyno for real tuning. I am working with a Honda B18 motor with 2 sets of 1600cc injectors that I could also run as 4 only. The ignition is aem epm with cpr coils and using MSD system. I set up the ignition part of the m4 but can't seem to figure out the injector sizes or is that not an option. Thanks.
