help m2r ignittion output not what it should be

i just need an eplanation on whats going on i have seen all the coil configs on wiring the m2r up but im geating diffrent outputs to what i should be getting
my hall input is spot on going into ecu ref input pin 5 the power to sensor to pin26 and the 0v to pin 27
getting good squairwave while cranking 34 with 2 missing pulses thats fine
now the strange stuff
ignittion 1 pin 33 is supose to be connected to to leading coil but only giving out a sigle pulse
where as the ignition 3 pin 35 output is giving out the duel output twin pulse im only trying to seup from leading first
i cant explane whats going on
ether the motec wiring diagram is wrong or somthing in my settings is not right

Crank ref teeth 36
Tooth raito 50
Ignition type 102
Crip 45.2
Number of coils 4
Ignition dwell 3.0
Ignition delay 40

The number of coils i have changed to 1 butwhen i save it then re open program whlie running and tured off then start it goes straight back to 4
Currently leading coil is connected to pin 35 ignition 3 this output from ecu is the duel signal and reset the crip runs better butstill seriously misfiring

Its sorted i bort an aem ecu

But u only use pin 33 for front rotor and pin 34 for rear rotor
