How to stop injection with ignition switch ?

Hello,

I'm a new user of Motec M4 board for use on eco-marathon shell. The purpose of this comptetion is to build ultra energy-efficient vehicles.

We use Motec M4 to command our 4 stroke mono cylinder engine.

The car is always driven at Throttle = 100%, when the car has a sufficient speed, the engine is stopped.

Whe stop it at this moment using ignition switch put to ground. Our problem is that ignition switch cuts ignition but not injection. Thus the injector continues to open till the engine RPM is 0 . It doesn't represent a big amount of wasted fuel for general use, but for us it's too much.

I'd like to know how to stop injection immediately, maybe by using AuxV compensation table ?

How to stop injection immediately ?

Dont kill ignition, kill power to the injector.

Or simply just use the "Ignition Switch" function in the software ..........
