M4 speed /dig input

Hi

i am going to use my dig input to logg speed in my m4 ecu ( drawing x02 )

my qestion is:

1 shall i use nr 26 on my m4 to feed the hall sensor (+8 V) ? can i feed it whit 12v ?
2 is it nessesary to use nr 27 for 0v ,can i take negative some vere else ?

I would wire it up exactly as per the drawing as you say but the GT101 will work with a 12 V supply and earthed to ground as well.

will dig input 1/2 (19-20) work with a 12 V supply from GT101 aswell ?
