Injector PW for twin injector (for rotary)

Hi
I am just wondering what the injector PW and duty% shown in the M4 log data means for rotary.
Please give me an advice.
Condition:
1.Two of injectors for each rotors are same flow and primary/secondary balance is set to 50%.
2.At the certain point of the log file, each numbers were shown as below:
engine RPM=7000RPM
Injector duty%=79%
Injector Actual PW= 12.9ms
Injector Effective PW=12.2ms
My question is,
"the PW is the total duration of primary and secondary injector pulse width? or pulse width for each injectors?"
I thought that the maximum injector pulse width at 7000RPM of rotary engine (13B for FD3S) is 8.57ms.
(Am I correct?)
However, the PW in log already exceeds that maximum number while Inj duty% is still 79%.
In this case, do the injectors have room? or already max out?
Can I just rely on duty%?
If the PW number is total of pri/sec, my question will almost be gone.
50% of 12.9ms is 6.45ms. it's 75% of maximum and about close to duty%.
Please advise.
