changing from 2 trig waste spark to single trig sequential

hey everyone i have a mitsubishi evo 3 running a motec m4. Now i installed a m&w pro14 cop ignition system and had it running in two trigger waste spark configeration but couldnt get the tacho to work properly as it would only see half the signals so what i have done is wired in a iex to free up an output so i can run the tacho but also run the ignition as single trigger sequential.

now my question is what have i got to change in the ecu to get all signals firing from the single trigger instead of the two triggers? the car will fire but wont start as its only getting half the signals to run all the coils

any help will be greatly appreciated
