HONDA CBR SETUP(need help)

Postby jarrah on Tue Jan 05, 2010 9:13 am

Dear members

I am using the motec m4 on a honda cbr 600cc engine, i have been trying to start the engine for along time but i could'nt. when ever i try to crank the engine it seems like it wants to start but fails, i checked the ref/sync signal with an osiliscope and it reads 5volts for Ref and 0.3 for sync peak to peak. however when i go to the view screen the sync relative position is -1% which i think it shouldnt be, but when ever i change the number of ref teeth to 4 the SRP goes to 50%. i tried everything to figure the problem and i couldnt so i am stuck.

Hi Jarrah,

To help you further can you post your M4 config file and let us know what errors you are getting while cranking?
