Please clarify.

Thanks,

Steve,
Thanks for the attempt at a reply, I am sorry to see that this forum does not recognizer that My original post was in regards to the M48 MOTEC that I own, and my need to come up with a solution to the make shift Wide band the this system offers. Jamie, and other mods, I am sorry if my post crossed a line, which I fail to see, since many may learn from the exchange of information.
I'll go one better, after 2010, the Motec in our Porsche will be replaced with a Bosch ECU, solving everyones issues with these posts. I will be sure to explain to our Grand Am, Trans Am and SCCA world Challenge contact when they ask why no longer offer our teams promotion of Motec products.
This must be an Aussie thing, since both Motec East here in the US and the California based division are the ones that TOLD us to go to innovate Motorsports for the Lamda, they even gave us the Lamda calibrations...

Andrew,
Thanks for the feedback. As you would understand, this is a MoTeC manufacturer supported forum, and as such, we are happy to help with usage of our products, including the M48.

The general line I would draw is that, in the instance where we do not sell a product able to perform a particular function, I see no problem in explaining how it to setup the MoTeC to connect to the device.

In this instance, we have many options for you. You can use a MoTeC PLM, which can be wired straight into your M48, else you can use the internal lambda sensor in the M48. As a business person, I'm sure you can understand that it makes no sense for us to use our forum to explain how to connect to other people products, so that you don't have to purchase ours. We are not so naive as to believe that this doesn't happen at all, and of course, and we are only too happy for you to be discuss it on another forum.

I am sorry if this isn't how you would like this forum to work, but I think that you would find most manufacturer supported Forums wouldn't discuss how you can avoid using one of their products.

Regards

-Jamie
