Remote tuning M48

Can you do remote tuning of an M48 if running on a laptop with Win7 32 bit? I'm not sure if there are windows sharing programs that will run on that old a version of windows.

Older versions of Teamviewer can be downloaded that will run on Windows 7. This will allow for remote control of the desktop.
