M2r 36t trigger kit on fd3s running problem

I have goten a friend to do the wiring for me the wiring is 100% fine
Im havving problem seting up the new trigger wheel
It runs fine with stock mag sensors

These are the settings i have for the hall set up

Number of cylinders -2
Ref sensor type 1
Sync sensor type 1
Ref sync mode 83
Crank reff teeth 36
Tooth raito 50
Crank index position 60
Ignition type 140
Number of coils 4


It runs but only on front rotor thats what it sounds like im getting spark from all 3 coils and all 4 injectors im 100% sure its somthing to do with ecu setup when i put stock vf sensors in with there set up its fine
im confued to what i have done wrong in set up
I have emaild full function engineering but not yet had any reply so was hoping some 1 could help advise me on next step
Im unsure of how to go from here
