error no sync and no ref is this normal

car runs (ok) rx7 fd3s m2r stock sensors it just shows no sync error and no ref error on the diagnostics errors
ive read the f1 help it says it has 2 or more random signals or something like that

i don't want to start ripping out wires to test just yet as i still dont no if this is normal
when ignition is on all says ok but when cranking the errors are shown then the car starts and the errors are still there

i got both sensor readouts they look abouts right compared to others on hear

Once the engine is running, clear the errors.

If they re-appear then maybe you have a problem. If not, then all is fine.

You can have a no ref/sync error when the engine is not running....as there are no ref/sync signals.
